Use Direct for funding, KYC and opening accounts. Email + password (OTP sometimes). If Wallet works but charts do not, grab platform credentials from the account area.

MT4 / MT5 / cTrader

Use the account number, password and server from Direct. Wrong server looks like an invalid account. Practice on a demo. Hub: platforms.

Stale sessions happen. Sign out fully, then re-login. See mobile app.
