FxPro Direct
入金・本人確認・口座開設は Direct。メール＋パスワード（OTP の場合あり）。Wallet は動くのにチャートに入れないなら、会員画面のプラットフォーム認証情報が必要です。
アプリと Edge
古いセッションが残ることがあります。一度サインアウトしてから再ログイン。 モバイルアプリ。
FxPro login map for Japan
Most “login failed” tickets mix two doors: FxPro Direct (email + password, Wallet, KYC, deposits) and the platform login (MT4/MT5 account number + server, or cTrader ID). Reset the door you are actually stuck on.
Direct portal
Use Direct for funding, documents, and creating trading accounts. Forgot-password on the Direct form resets the portal only. OTP/email codes can land in spam - check before opening a support chat.
MT4 / MT5 / cTrader
Platform credentials come from the account card inside Direct. Wrong server looks like an invalid password even when the password is correct. Hub: platforms. Practice UI on a demo before live size.
App sessions
The official FxPro app can cache an old session. Sign out fully, clear the stuck account, then re-login. Do not install APKs from Telegram channels.

- Confirm you are not pasting MT4 password into Direct (or the reverse).
- Try a private browser window / another network if Edge web fails.

fxpro ログインは入口が3つです。(1) 本人確認・入金の Direct、(2) Direct に出る口座番号・サーバーでの MT4/MT5/cTrader、(3) アップデート後に切れやすい アプリ。Telegram の「リセット」リンクは無視。
- Direct は入れるのにチャートだけ拒否: サーバー違いが定番。取引口座パネルの認証情報をそのまま使う。
- アプリが弾く: 公式ストア版のみ。サインアウト→再ログイン。モバイルアプリ。
- 未開設なら先に 口座開設。練習は デモ。
FxPro は日本の金融庁登録業者ではありません。契約法人は Direct の表示が優先です。
ログイン失敗の切り分け（追加）
パスワードを何度も間違えるとロックがかかります。リセットは Direct の公式フローだけ。OTP メールが来ないときは迷惑メールとドメイン許可を確認し、別ブラウザのシークレットで試す。
- プラットフォーム拒否: 口座番号の先頭ゼロ欠落、サーバー名の全角スペースを疑う。
- Edge / アプリ: 古いセッションを切り、公式ストア版のビルド番号を確認。
- 入金済みなのにチャート空: Wallet から取引口座への振分漏れ。円入金を参照。
金融庁登録業者ではありません。2026年7月。Direct の表示が契約内容です。

fxpro login is three doors: Direct (KYC/Wallet), platform ticket (MT4/MT5/cTrader server + number), and mobile sessions that expire after OS updates. Wrong server is the usual chart-login failure.
- Bookmark Direct yourself. Ignore Telegram "reset" pages.
- If Direct works but charts fail, open the credentials panel and match the server string exactly.
- Still stuck: reinstall the official app only, then retry.
FxPro is not a Japan FSA-registered domestic FX firm. Entity on Direct wins.
